Week One Recap

Even though is hasn't been a week (only 6 days), I'm going to call this week one and start posting my weekly recap on Mondays.

I plan to have posts of what I ate, what I did for exercise, and a monthly photo.

Week 1 weight: 164
Down 4 pounds
