I'm up two pounds this week. I have been eating more and exercising less. That equals a gain. I guarantee that it is not the baby that weighs that!
Here is the plan. For the next few weeks I will continue to eat what I feel my body needs and when it needs it. I will exercise when I feel good enough to do so.
Next trimester I will start practicing the Beck Diet Solution Tips. I will work on eating more mindfully, sitting down, writing down what I eat and eating for hunger reasons and not for emotional. If I can practice these habits while pregnant then I feel I will be ready after I have the baby to hit it.
I simply do not want to continue to gain after I have this baby. I will put all the restrictions and goals aside for a few months, but I'm determined to hit it when I get back in the game.
