Today I didn't really read what I'm supposed to work on. I didn't write a food plan either. I didn't eat all that great either, but here is the good part. I ate way less than I would have two weeks ago. That is progress. It wasn't as good as I have been doing, but it also wasn't as bad. I have written out what I will eat already for tomorrow and I'll get right back on the horse.

I'm counting on you. I've had some challenges myself, so I know how you feel. First of all, I am so glad to see your posts. They help me and I would miss them if you got too busy to post. Second, it's not that we have challenges, but what we do after we 'slip' that helps the most. Third, If it were 'easy' we would have done it already. Forth, I'm glad to hear you are comparing your current behavior to previous behavior to measure progress, instead of comparing it to the 'perfect model'. Fifth, I don't know about you, but I've gotten through that 'built up sugar in the blood stream' phase, and now is when my body is starting to kick over to burning stored calories. Keep up the good fight.
