Meal Planning

I'm going to try the 14 day menu plan. This is the one where you plan 14 menu plans and then you buy all that stuff and you are set for two weeks. Has anyone tried this? I'm having a hard time thinking of even 14 things that I cook. I used to always try new recipes, but for this season in my life I don't want to spend as much time cooking. I love to cook, but all things in moderation.

I've tried it and it works good. Especially if you have enough freezer and fridge space cause then you can shop for the two weeks and only go for fresh produce on one week.
I had no trouble coming up with 14 meal ideas since my family has always loved a variety.

I think I just need to take the time to sit down and think and write. Not this weekend because we are going to gRandma and Grandpas house!

Thanks for visiting my blog. I have tried this. I prefer to cook this way. I also freezer cook about every three months. I normally freeze about 14 meals. These are great for quick meals. Thaw the night before and pop in the oven. This really saves me from eating out too much!
