The Plan

I've decided I have to hit the exercise trail. I need to step it up a notch. I exercise often, but I guess not enough. I'm not loosing. I will change my eating habits (the hard part for me) when I get my new book, the Beck Diet Solution.

Here is my eating plan for now
Breakfast - fruit/vegetable, grain, and protein
Lunch – Spinach Salad (from our garden!) my choice of cottage cheese, nuts, V8, apple and peanut butter
Dinner – whatever I fix for family with no seconds

I need to eat sitting down.

Tomorrow I will start the couch to 5K exercise plan and will exercise for 40 minutes doing that.

Breakfast – cheerios, 2% milk, one banana
Lunch – Spinach Salad, apple with PB, almonds and V8 juice
Dinner – Pasta with red sauce and cheese

Eat sitting down!!!

Right now I weigh 163. I want to lose 18 pounds and weigh 145.

I want to look good.
I want to be proud of myself.
I want to feel in control.
I want to be healthy.
I want to stop the trend of overweight women in my family.
